How is the deposit returned to me?

Insured: You will be asked to provide these details to us when requesting the resolution. 

Custodial: As we hold your deposit, you will have the opportunity to enter your preferred payment method when engaging in the release process. This can be a UK bank account or overseas account.

If your preference is an overseas bank account we will require:

  • International Bank Account Number (IBAN)
  • BIC/Swift
  • bank name
  • bank address
  • any other important details such as a routing number

All payments will be made within five working days of an acceptance or a decision being finalised in line with our KPIs.
